Multifold

The VEGA MULTIFOLD is a automatic folding, sorting and stacking machine for a large variety of articles.

The VEGA MULTIFOLD is available in the following configurations:

• VEGA MULTIFOLD
  French length-fold made by mechanical air knives combined with two cross-folds executed by belt reverse-folds in combination with knives. Maximum feeding length is 1800mm and pieces are sorted on three stackers.

  French length-fold made by mechanical air knives combined with two cross-folds executed by belt reverse-folds in combination with knives. Maximum feeding length is 2200mm and pieces are sorted on four stackers.

  French length-fold made by mechanical knives combined with two cross-folds executed by belt reverse-folds in combination with knives. Maximum feeding length is 1800mm and pieces are sorted on three stackers.

You are in control

The machine is as a standard equipped with a PLC touch-screen control system.

The PLC software can store up to 100 different folding programs for individual customers.

For each program different folding and sorting parameters can be set.
